Homeschool Science Day – Insects/Spiders

Praying mantises, walking sticks, garden spiders, and monarch butterflies are just a few of the many cool critters to find in September. Learn all about the fascinating insects and spiders of Russ Nature Reserve as we use nets in the prairie to capture them. This program will include an opportunity to capture and tag monarch butterflies as part of an international citizen science project.
